Beneficial three ways!
I think this supplement is doing something to give me more energy. Not like caffeine, but the subtle way that I feel like doing more than I used to without it. As we get older we need more of the A, D & Ksupplementation as our bodies cannot produce enough, so it fits the bill in one tiny pill.
