They are too small for that. And I don’t know if the chemicals would be safe against your skin. They are small, stiff strips that come already inside the urine bags. They are incredibly absorbent and do absorb an astonishing amount of liquid, but something tells me that if they were safe to use in the manner you describe, some company would already be doing that. And no adult undergarments I have used (and I have used many brands) are that absorbent.
