Review: Damaged, misleading product photos, returning - Where do I even begin with this??? The hat was badly dented because it does not come in a box - just the plastic bag to keep dust out. Felt is delicate and needs to be stored in a box or something structured. The gold elastic cord was coming off. Use gold trimming instead of elastic cord to add decoration. The color is wrong. The photo looks like a dark navy blue, but it’s more of a royal blue. I put it against my navy blue comforter and navy blue dress I have for reference. The gloves are laughably cheap looking and feeling. That’s going to snag in 2 seconds. The bag was taped versus sealed, so I assume someone has used this and returned it. The airplane pin does not match what’s advertised in the photo. This arrived today and I’m going to request a return TODAY. I need this for a party next weekend, but I think I’ll look at a local costume shop instead so I can see what the quality is. Very, very disappointed. I will not be purchasing from this seller again.
