Q: My kid weighs 65lbs, why wont the cart register fully that he is sitting on it?

Hello, The reason is that the bracket of Kart donot touch the pedal of hoverboard well.If donot touch well,hoverkart would not engage the hoverboard to move. First,Adjust the nut in the bracket to make the bracket fit the pedal of hoverboard. Second,If still not touch well,You can place a hard cardboard or soft plastic below bracket of kart. Best regards

Make sure that it’s centered and applying equal weight on both sides. It should go straight until you move the handles
