These cartridges did not work with my HP 9120e printer. The printer recognised them as cloned and locked out until replaced by real HP cartridges. I contacted by supplier and gave them all the details. Nothing they suggested solved the problem. They apologised for their product not working and sent another set of cartridges. These didn't work either, so I am sending all the cartridges back to Amazon for a refund.

Very good replacement cartridges that's reasonably priced. It prints documents without marks or fades. I was sceptical at first but surprised that it recognised my printer at first try (since it's not OEM) and it's been working well since I bought it. I'll be looking forward to how long it lasts.
