Morning Star Gardenia

Very true to the real smell of fresh gardenia. Though the sticks are small and may appear to have a limited burn time, the fragrance lasts for ages after the stick has burned through. Nice to store in a linen or wollens drawer to infuse your favorite clothes with a delicious aroma. Definitely worth the extra pennies and can lift my mood just by sniffing the box!

I have a small enclosed room for daily meditation practice, which is shared by other people in the day. As such, I have been hunting for sticks that don't fog you out with loads of smoke, yet still provide a lovely calm smell!The Japanese incense sticks of Nippon Kodo are right on the money. I particularly like the Morning Star Gardenia scent, as it fits well for extended Zen practise - not too overpowering. The sticks last for around 20-30mins and although I sit for an hour, the scent lingers until the end of the session.I will probably look to explore the other scents on offer, although the rose scent, was very strong and not really my cup of tea.The supplier came in at a very low price and they even sent me some extra sample sticks for other fragrances, to try. Delivery was quick and I will by placing another order today. Happy customer.

Smells a little strange. A bit like your auntie’s perfume but after it’s lit it has a beautiful smoky and floral aroma. The seller is the best one on Amazon. The parcel arrived way before the estimated time, very well packed and I’ve already made purchases for my next incense with that particular seller.

not a fan of incense as it tends to give me a headache but decided to give this a try as i still favour them over chemical deodorants and it does smell lovely. I do have to beat a stick into half as otherwise the smell can get overwhelming but perhaps because it is thin, it gives a pleasant smell but does not drive me to open the windows and air my place.

Originally was set on buying cedarwood incense cause that is what my yoga teacher uses in his classes. But then read a review from another buyer who recommended this scent. So glad I bought it. Very gentle aroma takes about 10 - 15 to burn the stick and scent lingers for another 40 - 60 minutes.

Sweet and sickly and artificial smelling. There are much better scents in the morning star range like amber and cedarwood.

I have been using this brand of incense for years. The scents are very good and it is quite pure. It is the only incense that doesn't bother my asthma.

Smaller and smokier than I thought they'd be.Smell, so-so.But they are cheap...
