Sturdy and fun for my girls

First I want to say this is an excellent product. It’s strong and tough and should last for a long time with your children. I like the seat they put in the middle so that one child can play on it by himself. I like the strong, steel construction.Now the problem is the instructions . First of all, pay no attention to the parts list when compared to the package of bolts and nuts and tools they give you for assembly. Understand that some of the parts you need are already in the unit. I will put some photos with my review. One is a picture of the hardware and tools they gave me, which turned out to be correct. It might be better if you compare the tools you receive to my photo. Second, I will show you some bushings in a photo. I was confused when I found four bushings attached to the teeter totter already. It took me a while to figure out that they were just garbage. Anyway, check out my photos .It might save you little head scratching. also, the illustrations on the instructions are unclear. Lots of room for improvement here.I can’t give it a 5 because of the confusion caused by the instructions. Too bad, the teeter totter itself deserves a 5.

Do not buy the 3 seater teeter totter! The box arrived so damaged, which was not the company's fault, but the item is damaged to. I was instructed to put the item together before they would even send a return label. The item physically wouldn't even go together. When I told them again for the third time I want to return the item, they sent the lable but said item had to be sent back in the original box which was so damaged FedEx would not accept the box.... a week later, I am still going back and forth with them attempting to get this resolved. So not worth the hassle.
