I've had some cheap foam nunchucks before, but these are lightyears ahead of those. They appear to be well made, and although they are lightweight, they have enough heft to effectively swing them around and get a good practice session done indoors at night without worrying about breaking things or waking up anyone else. Packaging is nice too. The length of cord is a bit too long in my opinion, however that was easily shortened in just a few minutes by myself. (Just pull the foam back from the top end, pull out the cord and cut, tie or attach a new metal clamp from your local hardware store.) The length of the sticks themselves are not quite 12", but close enough. I might buy a 2nd pair.

As I said what you get is what you get. You may think they are the real deal but it is not. Do your research and look at other products and martial arts to learn about before you buy something that you won't utilize as much for training.What you get is what you get. They break easy

These are Great for practice, it has been a long time that I had used these. I am a disabled Vet and thought that this would be a great way to exercise, and I was not disappointed, the chain seemed a bit too long, so I removed one of the chain links, and now it is easier to do over hand movements, I am glad that I purchased two, so after I get back into it, I will be able to work out with both of them.
