TravelonAnti-Theft Classic Convertible Crossbody & Waist Pack

Used this for traveling in Europe this summer, trains and metros. Big enough to hold my cards, phone, and a few more small items. Great design, easy to carry, lightweight, I liked the RFID lining, anti-theft zipper clips and the anti-cut strap. I had set out to get black or a neutral; turned out they didn’t have those immediately available. Turned out I really liked the spruce green color, goes well with a lot of stuff. Bottom line, I didn’t get pickpocketed, I didn’t get shoulder strain and my cards and phone were easy to access when I wanted them.

This is the perfect bag if you want the slim down version of a fanny pack and a cross body purse which is my preference. It allows me to stow my purse in my carry on and have secure and easy access to my essential travel necessities like my passport, $, credit cards and any other small essentials for face or lips. Being it was also on sale, close to two for the price of one, I bought two different colors black/teal and the teal is really pretty. I got it because when traveling it helps to have colorful items bc black can get "lost" when you are looking for things.

A number of years ago, I bought a 🎯 store brand version of this item and it's been my daily bag... Until it broke... 😓Travelon is a brand I'm familiar with, so when I saw this bag, I immediately went for it. It's the PERFECT size (I wanted something small, but big enough to hold my wallet, work badge + lanyard, keys, and phone), has lots of pockets (external front zip, a few internal credit card slots / pockets, an internal zip, and an external rear open / drop in pocket), and I love the color. I'm not sure what the material is, but I spilled coffee on it the other day, and it just rolled off the purse lol I didn't notice any staining or discoloration from my klutziness, either. 😅I wear it cross body (over shoulder / opposite hip), but did see the option to change the strap connection to a fanny-pouch style.

I originally purchased this in black, but decided the fabric looked too casual for my black-bag purposes. I liked the compact size, shape, and safety features so I decided to order the spruce. It’s a lovely year-round green.

I thought I should write a review because while I generally really like Travelon secure purses and have several models I'm happy with, this one is a no-go. The "crossbody" strap is not even remotely a crossbody length when you extend it to its longest. At best it's a sling that would sit on your chest. I'm very disappointed because otherwise the features and color are nice. If you're looking for a waist/hip pack or an around-the-chest sling, perhaps it'll work for you, but I wanted a crossbody length, so I'm returning it.

I bought this for a trip to Europe. I was looking for something small-ish and discrete, but also secure. This proved to be the perfect fit. The teal color is exactly as pictured. The interlocking carabiners are easy to clip and unclip. The fabric and construction feel high-quality. It definitely provides peace of mind with its security features, but it doesn't have a super obvious touristy vibe. I was able to fit my passport, small cardholder wallet, iPhone Pro, soft sunglasses case, travel sunscreen, lip balm, and keys. All the essentials!

This bag is great quality. I love everything about it. The color is vibrant and will hold what I need while traveling. I may even use it for running errands and not having to hold a tote bag.

I bought this for a trip to NYC, as I was a little nervous about taking the subway and getting pickpocketed. This purse gave me that little extra peace of mind. You can really feel the sturdiness of the strap, and I appreciate that you can remove it, but there's an extra measure so it's not complicated, but not too easy. The only issue I had was when I tried putting a seatbelt on over it and the belt got caught in the zipper pulls, that was very difficult to get untangled, but overall, this is my new daily purse.
