I love the design and gifted this to my mom in India. I had earlier given 1 Star not realizing that it was under warranty. After this I followed up and patiently had to wait for there response, in 2 weeks I received back the replacement and very pleased with the product and their service, it’s the best headphones u can ever buy. Simply because they are hybrid and u are connected to the outside world as u r tuned into ur phone.

Excellent product. The sound quality is excellent indoors. Of course outdoors it's not suitable for. But in a closed environment or indoors sound , voice and comfort is brilliant plus privacy.Overall an excellent product

If you love your playlists and worry about not being able to listen to outside noise while outside, it sits perfectly well near the ears and the audio is pretty good. I always prefer it over my in-ear headphones most days on my walks. It also helps with my tinnitus.

I use these for outdoor morning exercises and work great.I took them along on a flight and they were practically useless as the sound was drowned out by the plane engines. So do not discard your current headphones!One issue I encounter is that pressing down the button to power off, results in volume increase before the headphones power off.I also notice irritating vibration at higher volumes.One good thing is that you can hear all the other sounds so you are aware of your environment.

Really good for runners & attending online meetings

I used the these headphone for the first time today for about an hour and I have terrible headache and my upper jaws are also aching. I belive that it was due to the first time usage and would be comfortable tomorrow. If not, then I would be forced to return this item. Let's hope it make me happy tomorrow. Sound quality is very mediocre. Telephone calls are barely audible. It does not connect two phones simultaneously, connection with one phone drops and you have to pair it again a couple of time . these days a earphone worth 1500 connects 2 devices seamlessly. Build quality is good, good fit but definitely not value for money. It's way too over priced.

I bought the product in July 2024. It said it had a 2 year warranty. As of March 2025, it is neither charging,nor switching on. I am still looking for a support option. My email got auto reply and nothing else. While working, it is a good product to run with.
