Fit jet brand bench top planer
Bought these to replace the ones on my jet bench top planer as the measurement seems close to what originally came on the planer. Had to ever so slightly drill out the centers but they work perfectly!! Almost a perfect match!!

The hole is not wide enough to fit the rod
Although in the description it says that it is compatible with DWE7480, the hole is not wide enough for the rod. My OEM bevel gear had a broken tooth, so I needed to replace it.I tried to force the rod through the hole but it didn’t move to the right depth. Not sure if the gears that sent to me were defective or they don’t fit Dewalt saws at all.As seen in the photos, the gear is stuck at the tip of the rod, not moving forward anymore. I tried to smoothen the inner walls of the hole with a file, didn’t help.

Good Fix for Slipping Blade Height
No instructions in the package, just the two bevel gears. This package of replacement gears fixes the slipping blade height problem. You have to remove the blade and the two hex bolts holding the arm attached to bottom gear before you can remove the side gear. Once you have the gears off, replacement is easy.

Gritty
Gears are nice, perfect size and solid but seem to have a grit to them then meshed together, time will tell if they will last
