I bought this product because I have sinus issues and thought I would try sleeping in a more upright position. I find I do not do that well sleeping upright like I thought I would. I do find the product to be well made and the cushions to be very firm. I do also find that it makes sitting up and relaxing in my bed much more comfortable than trying to use just pillows. I would recommend anyone that wants to be able to relax on top of their bed instead of a reclining chair to get this product. Once you figure out how to use it it is very comfortable.

Got this because I was having a surgery that made so I had to sleep upright at home. Works like a charm. Stays in place, nice and soft while still being firm to keep shape. Looks just like the picture. Worth the money.

I have been sleeping on Thai for two weeks following a procedure. It's comfortable, sturdy and did really great.I did let it air out for a long time and used some fabric deodorant on it as the smell was intense, but it resolved. I love the versatility and fortunately did what it needed to (works as pictured) at a great price point.

I don’t think I could have survived the post op period after my mastectomy without this wedge pillow set! Lightweight enough that it was easily moved between my bed and the couch by my caregivers (I think it was light enough that I could have moved it myself but my family would not allow it). The design made it easy for me to get off the couch or out of bed, and comfortable enough that I was able to sleep. This is by far my most used item after my mastectomy.I read in some of the reviews that there was an odor to the wedges. Mine did have a slight mildew odor when I got them. I ran my ionizer in the bedroom with the wedge pillows for about 4-5 hours, and the smell dissipated. It was only mild, but I don’t think I would have been able to use them if I hadn’t been able to remove the smell.I shopped for about a week before purchasing this, and was a little worried because it was inexpensive in relation to other wedge pillow sets. I am a firm believer in “you get what you pay for”. But this was a pleasant surprise. I am so glad I purchased this one over the more expensive ones.Overall, I definitely give this 5 stars!

I just had a hysterectomy done and wanted to be as comfortable as can be, I read the reviews and said ok let's try this.First many people stated about the smell my product did not really smell like anything. And material was very nice and soft. However, since I needed this expanded quickly I placed a turbo fan on it so it can expand faster. That has always worked in the past for me with mattresses and other items that have been compressed but anyways not with this item it actually took almost the 24 hrs to expand. And it wasn't actually expanded correctly had like a weird shape at the ends but irrelevant. So let me say I do love the leg rest, if you have it completely against your thighs it's very comfy and helps reduce the pain on my incisions and relieves tension on my legs. However, the only downside is that the zipper is right underneath your knees so if your not wearing pants like me cause I can't, I'm wearing gowns it tends to get a bit bothersome. Now the headrest, oh boy , well it's quite uncomfortable at least for me and the fact that the only piece that holds together with Velcro is the skinny little olingated headrest part. The arched part in the middle that is held by the bottom piece doesn't have Velcro or any different type of material to avoid it from eventually sliding/slipping. I tried all the positions on the instructions that came in the bag but all very uncomfortable and kept sliding. I eventually ended up using just regular pillows. And not in a position to return since recovery is long so basically lost my money.

I got this pillow before having a breast reduction and lift, it worked great and was soft. The covers are removable so easy for washing. It was comfy and sturdy.

This company makes false allegations about the alleged medical benefits of their product. After my physician instructed me to sleep on a 30-degree incline, this product offered no relief... without first causing undue muscle cramping in my neck and shoulders.There is nothing supportive about the design, in any of the configurations of the pillow set; nor, is the memory foam soft enough to sustain restful sleep through the night. I've since learned from my physical therapy clinic that pillows intended for patients with acid reflux --need to have a long tapered slope so that a person can actually sleep for long stretches without getting tense muscles.(This pillow set may be suited for people recovering from protracted illness or surgery, and who need to eat meals in place and/or who enjoy reading in bed, but not for actual sleeping.)To add to their faulty design and misleading medical claims, this company never replied to my correspondence (on Amazon). In addition, they do not honor their own "free returns" policy. Instead, they cleverly disguised their anticipated shipping costs by withholding a portion of the full purchase amount due.I had no desire to waste time on the phone with an Amazon agent and in the meantime, the returns period expired while I was still awaiting a reply from the company. I will be content if this negative review serves as a cautionary note to future buyers seeking relief from acid reflux.

After having a breast reduction this made my healing process so much easier!! Very comfortable, I’m a side sleeper and laying on my back was tough but this was perfect.
