Better than the original
Brought this my partner who has had sleep apnea for years and always struggled with the resmed head strap. But this she said is absolutely brilliant. More elasticity and very comfortable. Worth the money. Yes you have to adjust it to your fit but once you have it sorted it's brilliant. Just need the masks now that actually last. Thanks guys 5 star 🌟

LIke others have said - this is better than the official Resmed strap!
The appearance is pretty much the same as the "official" strap but the velcro is much better and as a result I've been able to really fine tune the tension on the mask and get a much more comfortable fit with a good seal than I ever was with the original strap. I would highly recommend this budget upgrade

Pretty Good, I think.
My initial thoughts after using the headgear for just one night - with an AirTouch F20 mask: Pros: - The headgear is well-sewn and seems durable. - The headgear is pretty comfortable. - I got decent scores (1.6 AHI and a 6 liter leak) and a pretty good night's sleep while wearing the headgear. Cons: - As others have mentioned, the headgear is either larger and/or more stretchy than Resmed headgear. (I'm usually a medium.) As a consequence, I had to adjust it several times before I went to sleep and a few times during the night. I also had to set all four straps pretty tight to keep the mask in place, and it did slide a little on my face during the night. - The headgear smelled a little plasticky when I took it out of the resealable plastic bag that came in the small delivery box. The smell wasn't overwhelming and didn't bother me during the night. If I can get 3 or 4 months of use out of this headgear, I'll be really pleased.

Disintegrated in a few days. Do not buy.
Do not buy. Side straps both disintegrated as shown within the first week of use, meaning an effective mask seal is not possible with this product beyond a few days use at best. The fitted product was also more elastic compared to the original which may be an issue for any users with higher CPAP pressures hoping to keep a good seal. Save your money for the genuine article instead.

Just as Good as the original
I was horrified at the increasing costs of these straps from the original manufacturer, so opted for this reproduction. It looks and feels decent enough to me and actually has a stretch to fabricwhich helps. I have a large head, so was worried if this one size strap would be big enough. I needn't have worried, it fitted just fine. Overall, I'm very happy and will definitely buy more. It's a huge cost saving.

The velcro lasted 2 months max for me
so not any better and maybe a bit worse than the genuine item in my experience. I don’t have to pay for CPAP equipment and accessories (NHS, Scotland) but they do limit replacement headgear to twice a year, which is not enough for me I’m afraid. No way am I getting 6 months out of one resmed airfit 20 headgear. Luckily the sleep clinic send me an extra one if I really really need it, but for the sake of a few quid I decided to buy this one as a fill-in. As others have said (I think), the Velcro/longevity issue is a problem with no chance of a solution by the manufacturers; why would they as that would mean they’d sell fewer? This headgear stretches a bit more than the genuine one. Not a lot, but enough to increase mask leaks. I had to pull it really tight to start with, to accommodate the higher pressure when I’m asleep, so lots of lines on my face when I awoke. Also, pulling the straps so tight puts added strain on the Velcro, which I think contributes to the short lifespan. I will buy this product again because it is cheap and functional, and it’s nice to always have a spare headgear handy that will work keep me going until I get a new one. 3 out of 5 from me because it works, but it doesn’t last long enough.

Excellent product
I've only used it a couple nights but it's definitely better than the original one I had, it's more elastic and the velcro sticks really well, I looks and feels really good. Definitely recommend it
