Very happy with these, they are nice and clean looking and fresh and modern for our new kitchen. I love the usb section too, makes for nice performance without always needing a plug. They were very easy to install and the fit is perfect. Great value comparing to the ones i looked at in the store. A great socket overall. Will buy more as I update more sockets in the home.

Good looking product and is Value for money would definitely buy again

All the sockets work except for the USB-c sockets which do not work with my apple iwatch charger. However, despite reporting this to seller after the 30 day return period, their customer service was fantastic. Quick to respond, very understanding and offered very reasonable resolution. 4/5 stars for product not working fully but made up for by customer service.

These double sockets are overcrowded & almost impossible to use both sockets & both USB ports without removing one or another. None of the USB C works in the pack of 5. One cannot contact CNBINGO directly or through Amazon. Amazon Customer Service maintains the product has a 5 year manufacturer’s guarantee which is useless if there’s no way to contact them. Amazon Customer Service had put me on long holds several times to find out how I can contact CNBINGO directly, but was repeatedly told that they don’t have any information. Although there’s an option to contact them from the Amazon website, when you attempt to do so, the response is that they can’t be contacted directly & to use a dysfunctional Amazon Customer Service with whom the service one gets depends who picks the phone on their side. Now I’m having to pay extra for an electrician to remove all 5 sockets & to replace them certainly not with the same brand. Appalling after sales support to say the least. Perhaps Amazon can’t be bothered with these quandaries customers have to face as some of these smart devices of the same brand are compatible with Amazon’s smart devices.
