Hp gen9 server, this worked straight away
I couldn't find anything that would allow me to see the displayport output on my new hp proliant gen9 ml10 , but I can confirm this worked straight away, and is that only adaptor I could find on my quick search around that would actually work.

Not good, try to get a connector that goes directly from PC to screen and cut out the middle man!!!

Not what I wanted.
Well, it seams that the link connected with the picture was wrong so what I saw on the picture and what I ordered were two different things. So no I am not happy about this. The link was on a page in another company, not Amazon, and they had a link which took you directly to Amazon and the item you wanted to order, but this was not the case. So I ended up ordering the wrong item and my job was not done it the end. It is a good thing that it was not expensive. I cannot change it as it was not Amazon's fault, it was the other company's fault. The lesson is be carefull when such links exist and double check and trible check and do not assume anything.
