Purchased this past february and it broke this week. how long should it last? description says “car wash proof”. any refund?

I’ve taken mine through the car wash over 50 times. Never had an issue. I did notice that it was unscrewing somehow so that needs to be checked regularly. Sorry you had bad luck.
