Great fence for the money
Great fence for the money. We have 2 dogs (a big dog and a small dog) set up on the fence and it's been very effective. The fence is easy to set up and can be modified a whole bunch of ways to suit your needs. Training the dogs was very easy (less than a week). The collars charge quickly and hold a charge for about a week. We have a creek that surrounds the property and the dogs are always in the water so the collars are waterproof and durable. The only complaint is the unit defaults to the lowest power/range settings when there is a power interruption. So you have to make sure you remember to turn the settings back up again after power is lost. Other than that......the unit has been great.

Does not last
Collar lasted two months only. We have to dogs on our fence. Fence system works great however the collars break easily. As of now we are on our third collar on six months for dog one. And sadly the other dogs collar just broke as well.

Hound dog approved
They work amazing for my stubborn hound dogs, who swim all day long in the river and run around wrestling. The customer service was amazing, one of the collars had gotten broken (out of 4 collars purchased) I contacted the seller who sent me a brand new one. AT NO COST! All collars have worked amazing since. I would reccomend this product to anyone with any amount of dogs.

Horrible product.
The collars stopped working after a month. We have had the system for a year and have had to replace collars more often then not. Spend a little more for a better system because you'll definitely be buying replacement collars frequently.

Not Very Durable
Ok product when it works ..... I have had 2 of these collars break within a couple of months. Internal parts broke loose and rattle around. I contacted the seller and did not receive a reply

Stellar Customer Service and excellent product
I’ve had the KK-9000 system for I think about 4 years. It has worked wonderfully for my husky/wolves who had a nasty habit of digging under my fence or jumping over. We got it after my female got out and was lost for a month.The battery in the receivers last so long that I forget to check the battery life...a couple of months? And, it only takes a couple of hours to charge them.Only just recently had one of the collars stopped making the warning tone when my dog goes close to the fence. But, the vibration and shock still work, so I just switched it to a less stubborn dog who will respond to the vibration.I’m writing a review because of the excellent customer service I received from Legend Zone. We bought the system so long ago that I forgot who we bought it from. We may have bought it from Legend Zone but I couldn’t confirm that or prove it. I explained to them that I had Bought a system that had three receivers. We only needed two at the time, but I wanted the third one as a back up. But, I discovered one of the receivers was not the same model. It worked with the remote, but it did not respond to the fence.Legend Zone got back to me almost immediately, and sent me a new receiver that matches my system, and a prepaid envelope to send the old receiver back to them. They helped me figure out how to pair the new receiver to my remote and my fence. All of this was done in under a week...and during the COVID-19 lockdown, no less.When I am ready to buy a new receiver or a new system, I will look to Legend Zone first. Thank you guys for your stellar customer service.

Don't buy if your dog loves to swim
I bought the system a few months back when it was to cold for my dog to go swimming it says it is water proof today I took him out to play in the water by the time we got home the collar no longer will hold a charge more than 10 min at a time. I am going to buy another collar but I don't feel I should have to. I would be satisfied if the company would stand behind there product and replace it. Either way if the new collar is not water proof as advised I will have to buy a different set up that will really be upsetting as this one was not cheap.
