Very good product. I had purchased on Amazon sale time the product came is dent piece only but the Amazon team replaced and refunded the fund back and explained stocks not available. At that time i had checked online the stock is available. when i said to customer care they where like no sir its not available for location or they try to convince me its from other sellers. Later the amazon festival ends and i received the same model with little price higher and the product quality is good samsung⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ amazon customer care ⭐️🥵

I have been using this since more than 7 months and it is value for money. Cooling is proper.

The main thing is we customer's buy something from online have doubt for receiving damage product but when I ordered it for my experience it is very very nice when it delivered I checked properly from every corner every side of refrigerator then I satisfied my self infront view is very decent and nice I'm happy buying customer no single dent or damge greatful product

If you are looking for good storage space this one works best for you. The Freezer is non convertable. Refridgerator section temperature can only be montiored. Total net capacity is 256l and gross is 275l. Pacaging and delivery was on time. Minus one star as the delivery agents were in too much rush. And did not properly install the device as per my request.

When we wanna return this product Amazon customer service was very bad, they are just telling like read the description not providing any solution for customer, no customer satisfaction is not important for them simply telling words.. Why can't they provide a option with another product under same company even after we thought to pay before refund, we need convertible product but this product is not convertible, how the people says us that keep that product with us . If it is shop they may help us right , having this big website why not providing solution for us .. Can't be with not satisfying item right.. How bad it is for us , company should provide solution for every case that's true customer value and response also should matter..

I bought 256 lit variant which is perfect for me big room inside freezer and lower compartment.... Delivery was good, Cooling and freezing is fast even in summer of 48 degree it toally works good on 3 degree mode, never needed to use fast cooling oe other stuff.... Best buy
