Comfortable and provides enough compression to subdue the pain

I’ve had IT band issues on and off for a long time. I’m on day two of wearing this and it helps so much. The pressure point on the band helps loosen the IT band with moving, motion, walking, etc. After I take it off, the relief is still there. I can’t believe how much a simple invention can help so much. The quality is good and it fits well.

So this is a very comfortable band and it works to reduce pain from tennis/golfer's elbow. It comes with 3 bands, although I think the measurements might be a bit off.To explain: the small is just a teeny bit too short. The medium is way too long. As a result, the bands have to overlap and this makes the inside a little bulky. If you are resting your arms on a surface (i.e. writing), they become uncomfortable due to the bulk of the straps on the inside of your arm.There are sleeves out there that are way more slim, the tradeoff being, the are sleeves :)I bought a light blue and a lavender. They did get dirty pretty quickly but I haven't tried to wash them yet.

I wore it the first night and had total relief for most of the day. When I felt it come on again, I wore it for a half an hour and it went t away. Hopefully wearing it at night frequently, it will almost cure it. Will update review on a couple of weeks. Totally satisfied especially for the low price

I bought this to manage some golfer's elbow that I've been dealing with and primarily use it while lifting weights or playing racquet sports.The good is that it does what it's supposed to as a counterforce brace when it stays on. However, the sizing of the straps is very strange and the design of the straps has a major flaw that causes it to fall off all the time.The small strap is very short at 9.5", so it ends up being a little bit too tight for me. However, the medium strap is significantly longer at 16.5" and almost as long as the long strap (19.5" ) which seems like a weird jump. As a result, using the medium strap requires overlapping the straps, which the instructions recommend as a way to make the fit more snug. However, doing so means that hook part of the Velcro is forced to try to stick to the material on the back of the strap which is not nearly as grippy as the front, so it's constantly popping loose if I flex my arms a little.If the medium strap was more of an in-between size (~14") or the straps were manufactured so that there's grippy fabric on both sides, this would be a much better product. I went with this brand hoping it would be higher quality than the cheapo Chinese brands that are half the price but I'm a bit disappointed with what I got.

I have had tennis elbow issues for nearly 20 years caused by both careers I've had - hairstylist and data entry. I feel like I was constantly massaging the muscle in my forearm to get some sort of relief and I shake my hands out several times a day to get my circulation going.Within the first 5 minutes of strapping this band on, I was literally able to feel the circulation flow down into my hand without me doing anything else. Not to mention, the pressure it puts on the muscle feels like a mini-massage. This band is fantastic and when it wears out, I will absolutely buy another! Though I doubt it will wear out soon because it's nice, thick quality.

I was skeptical about the effectiveness of this brace, but decided to give it a try. The minute I put it on, I had instant relief from my aching elbow. There are 3 strap lengths to choose from for your comfort. I highly recommend.

I like these, especially the colors. I got the sky blue and mint and they’re true to the pictures. I didn’t know they were going to come with 3 different band sizes each, so I love that! I also love that these can be used as knee braces as well. Very soft material so they’re pretty comfortable to wear.My only complaint is that they don’t work quite like I thought they would. I follow the pictures instructions that came in the bag, but they feel a little awkward and don’t really help my tennis (pickleball) elbow as much as I hoped they would. Don’t get me wrong though, they help a little so I still wear them and would buy these again if needed.

The brace and sleeve worked great played ball all weekend and less pains I recommend these products

Todo bien, el color es igual a la foto, es vdd Que trae tres extensibles y el soporte para el codo es bueno, sin embargo a mi no se me hizo tan cómodo como otros que he usado ya que yo trabajo en oficina y al estar recargada en el escritorio queda muy grueso el extensible a la hora de abrocharlo y resulta incómodo realizar mi trabajo. Probablemente sirva más para deportistas y personas que no tienen que recargar el brazo tanto tiempo. El producto es bueno, si lo recomiendo, incluso si tú brazo es Grueso puede que si te quede algún extensible porque vienen largos pero considera lo que te comento si eres oficinista o algo parecido.

Si funciona. Ya casi no tengo dolor despues de jugar.
