Okay, this orchid bark is perfect. It has some perlite mixed in, which EVERY plant needs. Drainage is KEY people. But the size chunks of the bark is perfection compared to the BRICKS that Miracle Grow puts in their Orchid Bark mix. Buy this. It's way better.

This mix seems higher quality than what you would get from lowes or the default mix that you get with prepotted orchids. If you need a little more than you should try this out. Just make sure you keep in mind the size listed with this item

My mini orchids seem to like this soil. And I like how small the bark is.

this is my second purchase from here I do like the product but one thing i can say is its very little product but for the price i think its alright. With one bag i was able to repot just one of my Orchids

The soil was good. I am happy to check and it came clean. I say clean as when I purchased a bad at the store it came with little bugs and I returned it and I am so glad that I found this soil as it was clean and safe to use.

So - this is my second purchase and I do like the product for my orchids - HOWEVER - the pics are terribly misleading - it is a vacuumed sealed package with very little product inside - it appears as if it is a full bag but it definitely is not - good product, misleading - over priced but works

If the tiny bag I received was 90 ounces… I would be mind blown! I bought it on Amazon because I currently am house bound because I am a new mother. I use it to mix in with my own soil mixture for my plants, and like I said quality was A+!! But that was the tiniest, tightly vacuumed sealed bag of orchid bark I have ever seen for that price. I very much regret this purchase and will just wait for the next time I am able to get out of the house and get 10 times the amount for the same price. I wish I would have took a picture of the bag, but I was needing to make soil mixture asap due to my plants needing to be repotted. Lesson learned….
