Not orange
It’s not orange. It’s more brown than it is orange. I would try something different before making this purchase. I wanted to dust this on my loaf of bread for a fun Halloween design. Didn’t happen lol

Great Inside And Out!
I picked this up to use as a natural colorant in cosmetics! This is a great in foods in particular for it's high amount of beta-carotene, which is where it gets it's orange-red color, but it's also great for your skin. This has anti-aging, moisturizing, and revitalizing effects on your skin! It can even help replenish missing ions from the surface of your skin. I always enjoy finding unique ingredients to add to my cosmetic formulas, and I love that this is both beneficial to your skin and is a natural colorant!

Not Orange
The color is not orange. It’s a light brown color and doesn’t look anything like the pictures. I don’t recommend using this for food coloring.

Small amount
This is a really small amount. Not worth the money. You could probably find larger amounts from other sellers.

Interesting product
I ordered this product, Dunaliella Salina Powder, because I have read about salina powder and wanted to play with it. It is the most intense orange color! Just beautiful! It looks like it should be a paint pigment! So far, I have used it to make the dip suggested on the product page: Dunaliella Salina Dip: Ingredients: -1 cup plain Greek yogurt -1/4 cup Dunaliella salina powder -2 tablespoons lemon juice -1 tablespoon olive oil -Salt and pepper to taste Just mix and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. The color is amazing and the taste is very good. It is striking with avocado tortilla chips!
