An excellent read 👌
This is book #3 in the excellent DCI Tom Raven series. Set in Scarborough, I thoroughly enjoyed it, indeed, I couldn't put my Kindle down.Sam, the son of a brewery owner has been in a coma for a year following a hit and run incident. On waking up he remembers this was no accident and Raven reopens the investigation. This becomes an intriguing case as others in Sam's family are murdered. If you liked the previous books in the series, I think you'll enjoy this one too. I am looking forward to starting book #4 with a 5th episode due out in October 2023 😁👌😁

brilliant
Another excellent read. I love the characters especially raven. I’m enjoying seeing them develop their relationships and lives in between solving cases. I hope that maybe raven and becca get together at some point!

SPEAK TO ME SAM
I don't usuallly go straight from one episode to another but l was keen to what happened to Sam so in this case l did. I wasn't disappointed either. A grim game of cat and mouse surrounding the brewery. But who is the cat? Kept me guesiing as the story developed. Good character development means this series could keep on for a while.

Brilliant
I have now read all three books in this series. Shame this is the last. Ford is a really interesting character who you have a lot of sympathy with. This third book is probably the most interesting as it involves the military. A number of twists. Thoroughly recommend.

Loved it!
It took me a few chapters to get into the book but then I just couldn't put it down. I didn't guess who did it either, though I should have done as the clues are all there. Great book, and looking forward to the next one.

Excellent!
Raven is somewhat less of an idiot in this one, although he still seems to tell bare-faced lies to his boss! Sam’s recovery from a coma is a catalyst for his large brewery-owning family. Having been brought up in Flamborough (not on the Head) I especially enjoyed this one. My Dad always said that half the tourists came to fall off the cliffs and the other half came to watch them - having read this book, I shall amend it to the other half came to push them off….this book is thrilling and a really good read!
