A little history. My GP has been recommending that I find a way to absorb more iron into my diet. But, as a vegetarian I find that a challenge. I ordered and tried a vegetarian form of iron pills, but I did not like the after taste. I decided to try these, the vegan form of iron and they were a winner. No aftertaste. I also bought iron fish that I toss in a pot of boiling water with a squeeze of lemon. I cook my pasta in this water or steam my vegetables. My doctor ordered a blood sample drawn to see my iron levels. Perfect! Thanks to the combination of the iron fish and these vegan iron capsules. Now if the rest of my life could be so simple.

Edit, January 2026: these iron pills really do work. My ferritin is now too high after taking these. I had iron deficiency resistant to supplements before this. I’ve taken them for months and still no digestive upset to report. Amazing product. I've tried other brands and this is the only one that fixed my longstanding iron deficiency within one bottle. They did give me digestive upset when taking one per day, so I switched to two every other day and I have no side effects whatsoever, and as a plus, iron is proven to be better absorbed this way. These feel like miracle pills for me and I'll stay on them as long as I need them.
