Oh my goodness I wasn’t sure what to expect when trying on switch for the first time but my team wanted to know where all my new innovative came from that day haha I don’t drink a lot of caffeine because I get jittery and find adding this to my low caffeine coffee give me an amazing edge! I used to take most of these ingredients individually, and was looking for a supplement that can combine all of those together, and that would actually do the work. I do agree the taste is not the best, but it's worth it! I mix it with chocolate protein powder and it kicks in pretty immediately. Try not to take more than one scoop so you don't build tolerance.

I'm a little sensitive to sugar so a full scoop on it's own is actually strong for me. But in my protein shake, mixed with greek yoghurt, or when i feel like chocolate milk - works! It's like a sweet treat for me right now lol but knowing that it's a healthy thing, helping my focus and energy.3 days on it now instead of coffee - feeling less boggy and more in tune with myself :)

I didn’t notice any change in energy or altertness after consuming this. The flavor wasn’t that great either. Be aware that this product contains caffeine.

This tastes really bad, I just chug it in the morning, and can literally feel my brain turn on.

No energy, no focus, bad chocolate flavor taste, does not make me feel alert.Waste of money. I do not recommend.

This product is amazing. One scoop is all it takes to clear the brain fog and have more focus. I was shocked the first time I used it because the change was so noticeable. I love that it’s easy to mix in my favorite drinks-no clumps. It’s made such a difference that my high schooler now uses it on days when focus is super important.
