Large baloon with an elastic band at the end. You blow the balloon up (pretty large I must add), tie it, and then use the elastic band to bounce the balloon forward, backwards and all around. I bought these for my nephew for his school birthday bag. All of the kids appeared to love these balloons. It kept my nephew and nieces busy for hours and it's funny watching them bounce the balloons. They were easy to inflate, and the air didn't leak fast like I expected, I haven't had one pop probably due to the good quality/how thick they are. Great value for the fun!! Great durable product. They are everything they said they were, and we got much fulfillment out of them plus we have extra left over for another time!. They are thick and durable and easy to use. We only had one of them pop during the entire Birthday party, and I think it was probably intentional anyway. Great product. Fun for parties and birthday party . Grandkids had a great time with these however, thank goodness it was a pack of 30 because once they hit the ground (grass) they would pop.
