Worked
I was super sketchy about this at first, but I picked up a Honda Rebel 250 with ease. Make sure you have at least 4 ratcheting tie down straps and you will be good to go.

Holes drilled in wrong location. Zero quality control, also missing hardware.

Cheaply built but worth the price
I only needed to haul a 280 lb. motorcycle about three miles, so I bought the cheapest bumper carrier Amazon could deliver right away. I wasn't very impressed with it, but this did what I needed. The packaging was awful, with hardware missing. I later found several washers strewn around my driveway. The build quality is pretty crude, the design is pretty lame compared to more expensive carriers I have used, but ultimately it carried my bike securely. I would recommend this for short, occasional local hops. If you are going to use it often or do long hauls, spend extra and get something more substantial.

Box torn/taped together missing hardware
I bought this so that I was able transport my dirtbike for an out of state move I am making so timing was crucial and I got the shipment in great timing however I received it with missing hardware to correctly put it together.

Absolute Garbage
The hitch came missing 50% of the pieces needed to assemble. I didn't have time to send it back and ended up spending $80 on parts to make it work. Absolute disgrace to sell a produce like this. Please do yourself a favor and spend more money on a quality product that wont waste your time and ultimately be thrown out.

Instructions would have been nice. Good thing its a pretty straight forward common sense thing to put together.And its extremly wobbly

Not stable or steady
Product was easy to assemble and install, but not reliable for the 265 lbs scooter (Honda PCX150). Hitch was rated for 750 lbs Tongue Weight, yet there was no way to secure the scooter for safe driving. Unable to use, this was a wasted buy.

Bolt holes do not line up
What should take 10 minutes to put together was delayed due to holes not lining up-gave up. Will probably return. This is my second one, the other from another company that was missing parts. Would be nice if when you bought something it would be machined correctly and have all its parts...
