These heated cushion is perfect and exceeded my expectations! It heats up super fast, no sooner you switch it on than you start to feel the heat coming through. The highest setting I've had it on is '2' and even that makes me too warm! 😄 The auto shut-off is brilliant and puts your mind at rest that you won't forget to switch it off. When it times out, if you want to continue using it, you just have to switch the dial to '0' and about 10 seconds later switch it back on. There's no loss of heat in that time. Perfect for chronic pain, back pain, period pain.

Although I read the measurements for this heated cushion I couldn’t envisage the size in my mind and it is quite large. However it is not excessive! It is firm but comfortable. Initially I thought it didn’t heat up as hot as I’d like but on reflection it is plenty warm enough and although it doesn’t render me free from pain it certainly helps! I am very pleased with my purchase!

The cushion is great, I like the heat from it. I would have given five stars but when it came the cushion was damaged on the rear side. I reported but never received a reply. Would have liked an offer for replacement. I find it ignorant not to get a reply at all

Bought originally for my partners Grandma as a Christmas present. She used to use the microwaveable heat packs however this ment getting up and leaning down to use the microwave. She says this pillow is absolutely wonderful. My grandpa recently had a fall unfortunately and had a very sore back finding it hard to sleep, as my partners grandma liked it so much I figured I'd get him one also. He has found it very comforting and helped him a great deal. Well packaged and arrived on time, both people that recieved it as gifts were very happy, would recommend for anyone struggling with back pain.

I have fibromyalgia. I have many irritating pains in many annoying places. I'm also a really cold person at times. This helps with all of that. Wherever my pain is, I place the cushion. It gets just as hot as a hot water bottle and can be used as one. It also turns off by itself so I can have it on when going to bed and I don't have to worry about falling asleep and forgetting to turn it off. Highly recommend
