i get this every month and this bottle taste terrible i don't know why but they taste like they went bad or something i already opened bottle and had 2 of them so i can't return they taste much different from bottle i got last month

It says take two 500mg gummies. Thats way more than an adult should take! I take magnesium every day and have for a long time. These are different... These make me feel really weird. Dont think i like it, esp after seeing other reviews.EDIT and UPDATE: Someone really ought to get these lab tested. It would be nice to know exactly whats in them. They do put you to sleep really well! Its honestly very nice (after you get past the weirdness), but wtf is ACTUALLY in these?First two or so nights, had really weird/bad nightmares. When i did dream after that, they were... Not very fun.Im a normal healthy woman and after taking these since the 1st review, i havent had my period. Im 18 days late. Which isnt normal for me. (Didnt wanna waste the money) And no, im not pregnant unless these bears knocked me up. Magnesuim isnt supposed to do this. Maybe its something else, but idk what that would be. The cost is suspicuous too, good magnesium is usually a bit more costly than this.Im back on other brands of magnesium and im not passing out without realizing it 10 minutes after eating them. Children are back to acting entirely outta control at bedtime (i cut the bears up pretty small for a child dose) with regular magnesuim glycinate.If there was other ingredients listed, cool. The effects might make more sense. But this doesnt seem normal at all from my own experiences with real magnesium glycinate, theres GOTTA be something else in there, even if its just melatonin.If a lab test is reasonably priced, i will consider taking the remaining bears to get tested so i can post the results for everyone so we can all know whats up with these things.Another update: After i quit taking them, my period came 2 days later. Theres SOMETHING weird about these bears, im tellin yall. Prob shouldnt give them to children.

No complaints.My child is overly hyper and allover the place non stop. I’m usuallyexhausted and stressed from the moment I wake up, to the moment I go to bed. It was hard getting my child to even take naps. These are a game changer & have also changed my life the first day my child had half of a gummy. My child is now calm and taking naps. I finally can get things done around my home for the first time in a long time. My child is now focus on learning while sitting still, instead of running off and running all over the place. I don’t care if these gummies feel different, look differently, or they changed the formula, as long as it is still natural , healthy for my child with the same ingredients, and works the same for my child, that is all that matters to me. My kids like the taste and they seem to help them get a better sleep. The coating on the vitamin is undesirable- it's hard and crumbly. I have to rub the vitamins in my hand to get the coating off, and it still doesn't come the whole way off, but enough that the texture will be tolerated.

I have been ordering these gummy‘s for myself, my four year old, and my two year old who struggle with sleep and are always overstimulated. We had tried all kinds of things up to this point and nothing was working! I felt desperate to help the four year-old get to sleep and stay alseep. I have been taking magnesium for years so I know that it works with helping to relax your brain and allow you to get restful sleep . After doing a bunch of research about which kinds and how much kids can kids could have I ordered these. The first bottle we got was amazing. Not only did they taste great… they WORKED!! The kids loved them and asked for them every night. When we receive the second bottle, it was crusty, the Gummies were stuck together, some were hard on the edges, and they tasted a little funny. The kids requested I get “the same kind as before” and fought me taking them every night. Even though I have the gummy‘s on auto ship, I went ahead and ordered a new bottle bottle thinking it would be the same fresh gummy’s that I received the first time. Unfortunately, for the second time I received another bottle of Gummies that were crusty and hard, and old. I am sorely disappointed.
