Good one a day daily vitamin
Easy to swallow and contain all the daily essential vitamins. These capsules don’t taste of anything and aren’t too big. Already take vitamins from this brand and these are good quality vitamins and value for money. Would recommend

Mahoosive!
Great value for money for the daily dose of vitamins. Bought for my son who just cannot cope with how large the pills are. If you want a good based product it is excellent value though.

Very Good
After roughly half hour of consumption, there is a little unsettling in the stomach but I really do like it. Energy levels good, sleeping good all round good.

Good value for money supplements giving a good range of minerals in an easy to swallow capsule
Ideally you should be able to get all the vitamins and minerals needed for a healthy life from a varied diet, however with today's modern life that is not always the case, plus some diet regimes miss out several important elements needed for good health. This tub of 120 capsules represent great value for money. The one a day capsules are easy to swallow and leave no after taste. Of interest to my partner is the addition of 55mg of potassium as a recent blood test showed low levels of potassium and for me the inclusion of 56mg of magnesium means I don't have to take my usual daily magnesium supplement.Other then the two minerals mentioned above the capsules contain all the vitamins and minerals needed to promote good health and well being.I had not heard of the AAVALABS brand before but was delighted to read that they donate 1% of all their profit to Vitamin Angels that supply essential vitamins and minerals to those in need, especially children, mother and pregnant women. Three cheers for AAVALABS! For this reason alone I would recommend buying their products.

Seem good - but who knows!
These are easy enough to take. And I presume they do all that they are supposed to do. But I have no verifiable way of measuring the results!Price is twice that of what I paid for my last (120 pack) multivitamins. which contained 28 vitamins and minerals.

A comprehensive set of nutrients for men and women
The packaging declares the product “Vegetarian” so may not be suitable for vegans. The review product has a shelf-life of about two years. The tablets come in a screw-top plastic container with a seal. The vitamins and minerals are comprehensive and what I would expect from a multivitamin/ multimineral product. It's suitable for men and women so practical for heterosexual couples or multi sex family households. There was no smell and the capsules are easy to swallow. There's 120 capsules so it's 3 months supply for one person.

Some slightly unusual ingredients - mainly good
My starting point for comparison is always the Boots equivalent – in this case Boots A-Z multivitamins and minerals, one a day, currently £8.50 for 180 tablets. So, Boots are 5p a daily dose. These are 12p per daily dose. Both Boots and this brand provide the magnesium dose with magnesium oxide which is a cheap, less bioavailable form of magnesium supplementation. But the zinc is in a more bioavailable form. Both brands contain simply the standard daily amounts for vitamins D or C – not the higher doses that some might want to take. This appears to be a reputable supplier with various quality assurances, like Boots.Reasons for paying more for these than for Boots supplements:- Easy to swallow – these are capsules rather than tablets- Relatively high doses of biotin, manganese and selenium- Trace doses of potassium and phosphorus which are not in the Boots tablets- Some lutein, choline and silica- Low doses of rhodiola rosea and ashwagandha root extract.I have taken rhodiola rosea in higher does. It is thought to improve resilience – I found it did but after a while made me more agitated. Not adequately tested for use during pregnancy or breast-feeding.Ashwagandha root has been seen as beneficial for stress – but in much higher doses. So basically, unless you have particular reasons for caution with these ingredients – such as pregnancy or interactive medications or diabetes – I would regard these as slightly upmarket vitamin and mineral supplements, with an effective range of ingredients. You might want to consider taking a vitamin D supplement in addition to these – particularly if you are a post-menopausal woman.
