Q: Obviously you have to sleep on a mattress for a few weeks before deciding if you want to keep it. What's the return policy and procedure?

This is the really comfortable... I have pain in my back and when sleeping waking up less or no pain at all.

Q: What is the difference between the 10 and 12 inch varieties? What is the extra two inches made of, and does it impact how the mattress feels?

They are made the same way but the 12" is two inches thicker than the 10"

No box spring required. It’s in place of a box spring.

Q: How many coils in queen mattress?

This mattress is made without any coils. There's no metal what so ever. It's all foam and fabric. And it's honestly the most comfortable mattress I've ever slept on.
