If you’ve recently had your wisdom teeth removed, you need this ice pack in your life! I can’t even imagine going through the recovery process without it. After my surgery, this ice pack was a lifesaver. It’s not only effective, but it’s also surprisingly comfortable, making the whole recovery experience a lot more bearable.First off, the size is perfect! It’s big enough to cover both sides of my jaw, which is exactly what I needed. The gel inside the pack stays cold for a decent amount of time—about 30-45 minutes per application—so I didn’t have to keep swapping it out too often. The cold helps reduce swelling and pain, and I could really feel the relief after just a few minutes. It was especially comforting during the first few days when I was dealing with the worst of the swelling and discomfort.The fabric is soft and the straps make it easy to secure the ice pack around my face. No more awkwardly trying to hold an ice pack in place while I’m laying on the couch! It’s designed to fit comfortably and doesn’t feel too tight or restrictive, which is important when you’re already dealing with enough soreness.The only downside is that it takes a little while to refreeze the gel inside, but honestly, that’s a minor issue when the ice pack works so well. Plus, I just kept an extra one in the freezer for quick swaps, so it wasn’t a big deal at all.Overall, I highly recommend this ice pack if you’re recovering from wisdom teeth surgery! It’s a simple yet essential product that really helps with reducing swelling and easing the discomfort. This is the first migraine relief cap I've purchased that makes sense. It's extremely easy to slip on my head, even with a ponytail. It provided pain relief quicker than the other ice packs I currently have in my freezer. It also stays colder a lot longer, compared to other products. I love the quality of the material, because it's very soft and comfortable. I plan on purchasing at least two more, because I find it to be effective and provide relief. I suffer from ischemic migraines, so it's important to have an ice cap that's not expensive, and I can afford to buy more. The material stretches, so it really does seem like one size fits all!

I am recovering from knee replacement surgery and this is a great ice pack! It’s flexible and comfortable and stays cold for a couple hours!

Works well. Takes a few hours to get really cold, but after continued use multiple times a day, the cubes start shifting. I guess once it breaks apart, I can use the cubes as "ice" in a cooler.

Best ice product I've ever had!! It really does stay cold for hours. This size works anywhere on your body. Being able to tie it on helps so much. I used it so much on my knee that I bought the knee version of this product too.

Om loving how it molds to you the fabric is great the velcro is excellent length. I'm rating it 3 stars because it doesn't stay cold as it says it does. I'm betting about 45 min. Not 2 hrs

I really like that this is made from cubes. The pack fits around my knee perfectly. The freeze does last the 2 hours or close to it. The only draw back is I don't like the straps. I am not taking any stars off because it is my preference. The straps are narrow and the velcro portion is stiff and scratchy. Overall I would recommend them.

Just had my fourth knee surgery and was looking for a new ice pack that held the cold. I love how this holds the cold, but is also very flexible going around my knee. It ref-freezes in an hour so. Works great!
