I searched for ages to find a camera bag which would suit my needs; a backpack (as it is better for my spinal issues than compensating with a shoulder bag), sufficient storage, great padding, a rain cover and a pleasant style, not to mention being reasonably priced. This backpack has it all!I can fit so much in it and wear it comfortably, with every part of my kit protected. This price of this however, was ten pounds less than product equivalent which didn’t look anywhere near as nice as this.This is an utter bargain and my favourite camera bag in fifteen years of photography, by far!

I recently took a trip to New York City with my partner, and I can't imagine exploring the Big Apple without my camera sling bag. This accessory turned out to be an absolute game-changer for my adventures in the city that never sleeps.First and foremost, the sling bag's compact design was perfect for navigating the crowded streets and bustling subways of New York. It allowed me to keep my essentials close at hand without feeling weighed down by a bulky backpack.The quick-access side pocket was a lifesaver for storing my phone, power bank and other accessories. Whether it was a breathtaking skyline view from a rooftop or an impromptu street performance in Times Square, I could effortlessly swing the bag to my front for a quick photo moment.Also, being able to swing the bag to my front meant in the more crowded areas allowed me to have peace of one that my belongings were safe and in my eye sight.The bag's comfort was also a standout feature. During long walks through Central Park or hours of exploring art galleries, the padded shoulder strap provided excellent support without causing any discomfort. The breathable materials prevented me from feeling sweaty and uncomfortable during hours of exploring.There was one day when we were caught in rain showers and this sling bag came prepared with a rain cover. It protected my camera and gear during an unexpected downpour, ensuring that I could continue with my exploration.Overall, my camera sling bag was the perfect companion for my New York trip. It's a must-have for any traveller and photographer for ease, comfort and durability whilst experiencing new surroundings. I can't recommend it enough.

even if you move all the felcro deviders around the lens's and camera still m ove when upright and roll into each other compartments damaging the lens, the idea is they should stay perfectly still there make to not bang anything dont buy this

On the face of it this looks to be a well specced sling backpack. It's decently made, it's roomy enough for the essentials - camera, 2 or 3 lenses in the main compartment, flash and/or sandwiches in top compartment, plenty of pockets around the outside for accessories etc. you get the idea, primarily it's a camera bag and it's designed along the same lines as other sling-style camera backpacks. It even has a compartment for a 13" laptop - which is the main reason I wanted to try it out.However, in practice the bag has very little structure to it - it can just about support it's own weight when empty, but once it's loaded with camera and lenses it just kind of falls in on itself. The zips do help to maintain some structure, but even they are fairly inadequate and, though the dividers are decently padded, because the overall structure is poor, they tend to lift and deform allowing your expensive lenses to move around and rattle against each other. To make matters worse, when you move the bag to your front in order to access the main compartment, once you open the zip what little integrity the bag had is lost and it's unable to maintain its shape - not great for a camera bag.To be fair, if the laptop is in the compartment it helps to maintain the structure - but carrying the laptop should be optional not essential!I honestly can't recommend this backpack for its intended purpose - I've used the bag once and gone back to my previous sling.I've given it 3 stars because it's decently made in other respects, and it can carry the laptop without issue. It could be feasibly repurposed for carrying something other than camera gear - in fact one of the pictures on the product page show it packed with t-shirts or something similar (not really sure why), and it's undoubtedly fit for that purpose. However, anyone purchasing this is doing so because they want a camera sling as that's its advertised use, unfortunately it just doesn't seem to be ideal for this.Sorry, just can't recommend it.
