Beautiful, large lilies
These are beautiful, large, healthy water liliy tubers with signifcant growth. I have ordered from several other online sources, and these are the best water lilies I have found by far at a decent price. Most places send you a small tuber with barely any growth, and it is questionable if it will even grow. I would definitely order from them again.

Absolutely beautiful specimen, well packaged, great instructions
I could not be more pleased with how healthy, undamaged, and well packaged our plant was. I also appreciated the extremely helpful and novice-friendly planting instructions included with the plant. If you watch the Chalily planting instructions videos, the plants they show in these videos are fully representative of what I received; they really are that vibrantly healthy and actively growing.

Great plants
I was worried because it had been over 100 degrees outside. But when my plants arrived, they were moist and packaged well. I was pleased to see that one of my lily pads even had a large flower bud already. This was my first time buying lily pads. I was surprised by how many leaves they had. It wasn't just a tuber. It was a legit plant. They would have been perfect, except I messed up during the planting process. I tried planting them in a large aquatic bowl so that I could enjoy them indoors. The dirt that I used was made for ponds, but this particular dirt turned my makeshift pond into a mud bath. (I had used a different brand off of Amazon -Aquascape Pond Media). I should've read more of the reviews for the dirt, as other people had this problem). I tried adding water clarifier, which just seemed to weigh the mud down and coat the leaves in an impenetrable layer of mud. Most of the leaves died in this incident, that I like to call, "Mudmageddon."I regrouped and replanted. I was able to make the dirt work by taking my container, filling it with a good layer of pond dirt, planted the tuber, followed by a small layer of fishtank sand, and then a layer of aquarium gravel. Lo and behold, the dirt stayed in place, my tuber was happy, and my water was clear. For those planning on planting indoors, I recommend also getting a surface skimmer to prevent a film from developing on the surface. I'm using https://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/B07K2LXNXD?psc=1&ref=ppx_pop_mob_b_asin_titleIt keeps the water looking crystal clear, which makes the plants really stand out.Despite Mumageddon, the plants prevailed. I now have beautiful leaves that are exquisitely green and doing quite well. I'm impressed with the amount of trial and error the plants were able to withstand. I am pleased that they sent me good specimens. I would definitely order from them again.

Wonderful plants, with excellent shipping
My three lilies arrived on another hot July day (in NJ). 'Opening them immediately: they were wrapped in very wet tissue and looked great - strong plant bodies with some browning on the leaves. I planted them in 5 gallon (Jeria brand) plant-bags in 6 inches of mixed pond soils (2/3 Chalily, the rest other brands I was using up) with a Pondtabbs fertilizing tab. Within an hour of arrival they were settled in 12" of water in the shallow end of my pond. After a week, one plant looked healthy, another looked stressed, and the third looked to be in trouble - its shipping-leaves and stems were going soft/dead. After two weeks the first two lilies looked healthy but I was writing off the sick lily.In the third week - WOW! The first lily had a perfect yellow bloom, the second was pushing up more pads, and the third lily shocked me by pushing up healthy PURPLE pads! These are my first lilies and I hadn't anticipated that color, but I'm anticipating a red-flowered lily because of it. (Brilliantly, I potted up the lilies without labeling which pot had which flower.)In summary:- plants arrived looking great and were immediately slipped into the pond- after three weeks they'd recovered from shipping stresses and one bloomedI will certainly buy from Chalily again.(Apologies for the poor photo from my lens-damaged phone-camera.)

buyer beware.. deceptive pictures of what you're getting
Amazon's pictures and description of this lily are amazing. I was so happy to order one to add to my new pond. Imagine my surprise when it arrived tiny, crumpled up in a small plastic bag. The leaves were few, small and half of them were brown and dying. I thought it might be shocked from the trip so went ahead and had my pond maintainace company plant it in a pot and lily dirt I purchased, as suggested. I was so disappointed when it did not get any better. In fact it started to look worse. I reached out to Chalily company as requested and sent them a picture. Imagine my dismay when they responded saying that the picture looks like a healthy lily. All I can say is that if they consider a sickly dying plant that cost almost $40.00 to be a healthy buy, they should be embarrassed. I am returning this "helathy" plant to them and will not purchase from them again.

Phenomenal Quality
I have had my Koi Pond for over 22 years! I have purchased lilies from some of the top garden/ suppliers in the country. Many of them are pond based, specifically growing plants! That being said I just received these 2 plants ( lilies) of different genus! I was appalled at the condition of the box they were shipped in ( UPS) , driver told me they got wet during transfer due to the rain( actually believable on the east coast) I opened the package and found that they were packaged with extra care and wrapping paper to prevent root and leaf damage! You just can’t get any better than this! These people ( family owned) should have their own show! Already in the pond and doing fantastic!
