Very Effective Before Travel
This is good for if your getting ready to fly for a long distance. It will help not to get leg cramps. So buy them and start drinking about four or five days before your trip.

Great hydration tool!
Iām an elderly man who is very active outdoors. The pedialyte packs are perfect size to add to a bottle water and effectively help reduce dehydration in hot weather conditions. Plus, I do like the flavors.
