I’m 6’3 345 lbs would you recommend 4xl or 4xl long

The waist on a 4xl is 52-54" and the Tall inseam is 34".. A regular inseam on a 4xl is 32"

I can't answer this directly; you will have to check the sizing chart. At 6 feet and 178, the large is a touch baggy but not too long for me. What I can say for SURE is that you don't necessarily want an exact fit. Too long in the arms or legs is not good. You don't want the suit scraping the ground past your boots/ shoes, or covering your hands. On length you want a decent fit. But some extra room around the middle is OK, even great - it gives you mobility to reach out, high up, and over; and also the room to wear extra layers, or a tool belt underneath suit if desired. Important to remember, this is about function more than fashion. I wear mine for work, so I've got to be easily mobile. Mine is a little big around the waist, and I have come to find that is a benefit. Keeps me warm, comfy, and flexible.

I am 5' and weigh 100 lbs, what size do I need

I ordered the medium and it was to small for me of course I am around 190 I would say the medium should fit you good if your around a 100 lbs
