I'm rating 5 stars because the item arrived promptly. It's too soon to actually rate the effectiveness of the product. I have mild toenail fungus. I've not seen any improvement, but I've only been using the product for a short time. I expect it will take a number of weeks, maybe months, to see results.

It actually works! My toe nail is better and healing! This is not something that solve your problems right away! It really works!

If you use this 3 to 4 times a day for a month it makes a difference in the fungal nail area.. after 2 months it has stopped the fungus from growing.. I continue to use it 2 times a day…

The odor from this product is quite pungent. The application process is very simple. Since there were no clear instructions, I used this product everyday for one week, I didn't really see any results. Then I skipped a week or two, and used it for another week applying it every other day. I then skipped a couple of weeks and started using it again only this time I did it every two or three days. Throughout the entire process I noticed the smell was very strong, And each time I trimmed my toenails I could definitely smell the product. And even after stopping the applications I could still smell the product a month later when clipping my toenails. Over time I noticed that I would develop a strange rash around my ankles or toes. Nothing too serious just slightly uncomfortable. It almost looked like poison oak or shingles. I never had it diagnosed but I think it had to do with the medicine. So I stopped using it and now I've noticed that my nails are clearer as they are growing in. Now I've had fungus for decades and I've never really treated it. And I am so impressed by these results. I can't wait for my toenails to grow all the way out looking brand new!

This is definitely quality ingredients in the bottle compared to other product out there, but have to be patient and persistent in using it for it to be effective, as was discoverered. The left toenails have pretty much cleared up, but the right foot toenails are still taking time to clear up. Also found from other people giving reviews online about other similar products like this - is that the nails get pretty thick and so it’s recommended to file down the nails every 2-3 days, then wash, and then re-apply the product. Bought another twin pack to see if it’s used three times daily as prescribed and if toenails are filed down,that the other toes nails would clear up in a month or two as it takes time for new toenails to grow in. Do already see a difference in the right foot toenails but it’s just taking longer to work. I’m still continuing to use also my left foot toenails as I wanna make sure that both sets of toenails are fully cleared up.

I had a fungus in the left side of my great toe nail. Applying Swissklip faithfully twice a day for 11 months has allowed the nail to grow out clear and normal. I recommend this as a benign treatment to try first.

This is a slow solution for the problem. However, it is more of a natural cure. The reviews I read were very positive the only negative it that it may take a while to see results. I would rather not take a pill for something I just need to have patience for.

I'm not sure how well this works yet since it takes about 6 months to grow out a new nail. WHAT I DO KNOW is the delivery system (roll-on) does not work at all well. I have a small paint on bottle that I transferred the liquid to. It is applying well. How does the company expect it to roll onto a convex surface and actually dispense???
