Challenging but fun!
It’s great to strengthen your core and it’s a bit of a challenge too (a fun one) great for the whole family and with the stand stores easy in a corner when not in use. It’s sturdier than it appears for how light it is. Anyone looking for an out of the box piece of equipment- this is for you!

Holds my 250 lbs - stand could be better
I got this on sale with the stand. The stand is cheap and does not really have adequate stability. Our cat brushed her face on it and it fell. You still need to put it against a wall or in a corner. If it was a little larger it would be fine. Also it's just unvarnished wood. I though it would be nicer so I might do that myself. The board itself is great. Only used it once so far but it held my weight just fine.

Fun. Helpful. Does more than you think it would.
Fun and good for balance training. We’re not as young as we used to be and balance training is one way to help minimize fall risk. This is more fun than standing on one foot while brushing our teeth and seems to help with overall core muscle toning.
