I've only had this frother a few days but so far it works great. My old frother was starting to give out and the wand was bent a bit. This time I wanted a stand and this one is very nice.The stand is sturdy but not heavy and the frother itself is very easy to use. I like that it works as long as you hold down the button so as soon as you release it it stops. I think you can avoid spill overs that way.My only complaint was the first battery was a little hard to get in, but there is a little ribbon underneath the battery, so that helps to pop it back out, so I wouldn't deduct a star for that. The battery cover is very easy to take off and pit back on.I'm very happy with the purchase, great deal for the price and I would recommend this product.

UPDATE: Although this is a powerful frother, the motor doesn't last. We purchased it in May 2024 and here it is November 2024 and we had to replace it. It still worked but not with nearly the torque it had when we first got it (not a battery issue, we changed them out 3 times just to make sure), it was barely able to spin in a regular coffee with zero cream. This is why I went from a 5 star to a 4.We had another frother from another company for about the same price and it was good but didn't have the umph we were looking for. We both use a pour over to make our coffees and like a little froth on top. My husband went out of town and took the only one we had so I got on Amazon to re-order and this one popped up and I just happen to look at the reviews and someone said it was the only one with 1900 motor/torque. Well they are not kidding! It looked the same as the one we have (but I opted for the pretty teal color) so I was a little bummed when I first opened it thinking it would be the same speed/power BUT after putting the batteries in (not included) it was crazy! It might be a little too much bc my coffee splashes out so if that will bother you don't get this but if you do Macha teas or hot cocoa or bullet proof coffee or use protein powders this will work amazingly well! The colors are awesome, the design is easy to hold and the button is easy to push so you control the motor (no on/off switch). I will say it only comes with the 1 wand whereas a lot of frothers come with the circle one and the wire/egg beater one. The stand is the same as all the others so nothing new there. I would recommend this one to anyone doing thicker drinks/mixes.

Love this mixer. I make a Ryze matcha green tea daily and add milk. I froth my milk first. Then I froth the matcha green tea. Once I pour the milk into the cup it looks and taste like drinks I used to pay over $5/day. The mixer is extremely easy to use and clean. The stand that comes with the mixer looks so nice in my kitchen. Mixer is battery operated so no plug in necessary.

I just used this for the first time for my morning coffee. It literallytook 10 seconds to whip up some half & half for the top of my coffee.So excited!!Update: The second time that I used this, I couldn't get the same frothing action.I was told that I needed to get more air into it, so today I tried more of an up and downmotion, pulling air into it, and wow!!! I had tons of froth and foam. So happy!!!Another Update: So in love with this item!!! I use it twice a day and it never disappoints. I have alsopurchased two more for family members. Sharing the love!!

My device stopped working and unfortunately this happened after the return window.. I was able to get in contact with a customer experience specialist Janice S that sent me a replacement immediately. She even followed up a week later to make sure the replacement worked properly. Love the product and excellent customer service!!!
