This is the only multi vitamin with atleast 75mg of vitamin B complex in it which once your above 50 is something integral to your health. It also has enough of all the minerals which one needs so normally instead of popping a multi vitamin and then popping a few others as well just make sure your getting the right does of everything - this one multivitamin has everything and is reasonably priced as well

I never expect any miracles when talking multvitamins, but this is the case. I started feeling much better after 3 days talking 3 caps a day in the morning. It is important that urine color is not changed by these vitamins, so I can also track my hydration. I definitely have more energy for my routine tasks and can recommend this product for sure.
