I wish I found 5hese sooner, I'm an electrician of 40 years and the past 15 years I've been using cable shears instead of side cutters due to being so much sharper sk better for your hands, trust me when I say side cutters will cause arthritis in the future from prolonged use, ive been purchasing CK shears for years which are great but don't stay sharp for long so keep purchasing, BUT with these engineer make I can't believe how sharp they still are after constant daily use, turned inside out they are still as sharp as a knife for opening boxes or slicing tape from cables or rods, these are my go to brand from now on. Also I prefer the colour 😆

These cutters were bought for cutting coaxial cables only. Excellent results using on small RG316 types, medium RG58 types and larger RG213 types of cables. Cuts the coax very cleanly and with practice the cable braid and centre conductor are easily trimmed to the correct lengths without the need to use a knife. Very sharp edges as opposed to hard. Bear this in mind when buying cutters like these and good results will obtained from them. Be realistic in what they are intended for which is soft copper and aluminium, not steel brake or gear cables. I bought the smaller size for use with coax only and am very pleased with the results.

These arrived today have to say they looked smaller than expected so tried cutting some CT100 cable with some trepidation but cut like a knife through butter best cutters I have ever had took a few days to arrive but well worth the wait especially at the current discount price just buy them!
