This is cooling my garage well. I like to sit in the garage and do crafts and it’s a little difficult I the Texas heat! I ordered it early so I could see how well it worked. I am very pleased with the efficiency and low noise.

This AC worked good at first, kept my RV frigid. Over the summer, it didn't seem to cool as well, but I'm not sure if it was the unit or our Texas record breaking heat. The other day I came home & it was 95. The unit was making a horrible noise, so I shut it off. I have been unable to contact the manufacture for the 1-year warranty. The phone is always busy, I tried to contact through their website and was unable to contact them. I sent an email to them but haven't heard back.

Great AC ..cold & quiet operation unit..

The media could not be loaded.  So, do I like this air conditioner? Well it cools very well! In minutes it can cool my place down to a comfortable temperature but it's loud! Like connect your TV sound to your phone in order to hear the TV, loud. However, I think after my coupon I got this 14,000 btu air conditioner for 350.00 dollars, in my opinion it's a great deal. The good news is, it gets a little quieter the longer it runs!*UPDATE*It definitely gets quieter the longer it's left in one spot and not moved! Totally tolerable and I'm able to hear the TV over it now! I'm very happy with it!

Lo tengo instalado en la sala de mi casa, y lo prendo al pasar unos 15 minutos aproximados, toda mi casa se encuentra aclimatizada, mantiene mi casa fresca, es facil de usar y muy facil de instalar fui feliz con esta compra

I just missed the 30 day return window or I would have sent it back. It was really hot for a few days in May so I decided to invest in a portable A/C to get ready for the summer. I'm in Oregon, so by the time it was delivered (3 days late) it was rainy. I didn't need to use it until mid June. And when we did, OMG, woke up to water all over the floor. So much water! My guy took care of it, and we weren't sure why it happened, but apparently reading other reviews this unit just leaks. It is what it is. If you buy this, I hope you have tile floors.So now we're stuck with a leaky A/C. It does cool the room down, but what a hassle to have to empty it every day! Absolutely overpriced considering this issue. Never had this problem with a portable A/C.

Does an alright job of cooling the room down, and isn't any louder than any other portable A/C unit, but despite the page content claiming it will evaporate the moisture through the exhaust hose it does nothing of the sort. That was a core criteria prior to purchase as there's no floor drain available here, and unplugging it to lift it into the bathtub to drain every day or two isn't an acceptable part of user engagement. There are two other portable A/C units running in this same condo with the evaporation feature working just fine, so it's definitely not anything about the humidity level here. Unless this unit is broken this model simply doesn't have that feature, and if the return window hadn't closed a week ago (bought it before the heatwave to make sure of availability) it would be going back. As it is it'll likely just be going to electronic recycling or a donation center somewhere.
