Remarkable tea that lowers glucose a bit. I’ve found it very helpful indeed. Not the tastiest :) but once you get used to it it’s actually rather nice!

Good value for money

Good quality tea. Great! It reduced the inflammation in my body, and my skin looks great. I take it in the morning and last thing at night. This is a bitter herbal tea but you get use to it and a small price to pay for the benefits. I brew then drink it cold, i find it easier to take, you di to get use to tge bitterness. However, quality of the actual bag is poor and can split easily if you fiddle wirh it . Hence 4 stars instead of 5
