Great bassinet with a few small flaws
I have been using this for my newborn for 3 weeks so far. Overall quite satisfied with it! What I especially like: - Rocking feature! This was the main reason I picked this bassinet originally (didn't want to pay so much for a Snoo but wanted one that has automated rocking). It has 3 rocking speeds: what I'd consider Very Slow, Slow, and Medium-Slow. However the top speed (Medium-Slow) seems to be fast enough for my baby. It doesn't "rock" in a conventional sense: The bassinet mattress simply moves back and forth from right to left without any tilt, so there's no risk of the baby rolling around. - Height adjustable. I didn't want a bassinet where I had to bend down to put the baby in and out. This bassinet allowed me to adjust it exactly the height that suited me. - Bedside co-sleeper mode: I generally don't use this in co-sleeper mode, but I like that the functionality is there. It's nice to open up the side of the bassinet when I want to (more on that later). - Sturdy. Doesn't look like it could tip by mistake. - Has wheels but doesn't roll around by itself on our carpet (not sure how this would be on wood floor) - Very roomy for baby (looks like it has tons of room for growth) but it's not a huge piece of furniture What I dislike / Could be improved: - The rocking/music functionality is only controlled via a remote. I don't see any way to turn the rocking off without that remote (I can't find any buttons on the bassinet itself), so I'm living in perpetual fear that the remote will get lost. Our best solution was to attach the remote to the bassinet with velcro and we try not to remove it. - The bassinet needs to be plugged in. The cord isn't so long but we used an extension cord. It still means that we can't roll the bassinet to another room without unplugging it first (and re-plugging in the other room if we want it to rock). - The side of the bassinet which opens (for co-sleeper mode) is a bit tricky to unlatch/latch. It took me a few tries to get the hang of it. I doubt I'd be awake enough to open and close it multiple times in the middle of the night. It's easier to pick if you want it open or closed and stick with that most of the time. - Okay a small thing... but the visual appeal of the bassinet could be improved. This isn't the type of bassinet that moms are going to fall in love with how it looks and how adorable it is and so on. It's sturdy, functional, and isn't ugly per se, but it's also not a cute bassinet in my opinion.

Great product and Wonderful Customer Support!
I bought this product for my first baby last year and now my second baby is enjoying this great crib. I highly recommend it for the below reasons - 1. High Quality: The product boasts excellent quality. It offers adjustable height, music, volume control, and gentle rocking motion. Unlike other products with excessive rocking ranges that might pose a danger to children, this one is designed with a safe and controlled rocking amplitude. It also has wheels, making it easy to move around. This allows us to easily bring the child close to us during the day when we are working or cooking, aside from keeping the child peacefully asleep at night. 2. Cost-Effective: It provides great value for money, especially when compared to similar products in the market with high price even for renting. The price is moderate and acceptable, making it a cost-effective choice. 3. Outstanding Customer Service: I purchased this product a year ago for my 1st baby who really enjoyed it. This year my dog chewed through the power cord when I was about to use it for my 2nd baby. I contacted customer support team through Amazon, and then received a prompt, courteous, and professional response. They quickly shipped a replacement power cord to me free of charge. Even when I informed them that I hadn't received the package due to postal issues, they promptly apologized and sent another set of power cords. Now, my second baby can fully enjoy this product. It's why I'd love to write such a long review for this product and recommend it to new parents.

Electric Rocker is a Sleep lifesaver- Snoo on a budget!
Great option for a budget minded person. No way I was affording the Snoo, this is a great alternative as the hands free electric rocking helps soothe my baby back to sleep all the time. Only issue is the rocker times out after like 45 min, and then many times my baby wakes during his naps bc it stops rocking. Wish you could set a timer instead. But overall this has been a great bassinet. Lightweight and wheels make it easy to move to different rooms. Easy to put together too.

Very Functional Rocking Bassinet
Hands down the best purchase I made for baby number 4. The size (huge!) allows for at least 6 months of use, if not more for babies on the smaller side or less active babies. The snuggle me lounger fits inside perfectly, as seen in the video. Perfect for napping when the baby is smaller. I love that it has wheels that turn easily because we have some tight corners in the house with all the furniture and we like to move him around in the bassinet for many reasons. Very sturdy and well built! No cheap material at all, the mesh is perfect and the basket at the bottom isn’t half bad either. We usually keep the bassinet at the lowest level but the higher levels help when we have it in the kitchen for convenience or when I’m working at my desk. There are lots of sound options, I just wish I could pick one sound and let it play continuously instead of the loop it does with all the sounds. There’s a great range on the volume control. There’s 3 speed options for the rocker and it’s not super noisy which is a huge plus. My 4 month old has slept in it from week 1 and loves it, even sleeps through the night now. I use snuggle me covers to cover the mattress if you need an idea of the mattress size. Overall, very functional, portable in most spaces with wheels that lock in place if you need that option.

Flabby and clumsy
After researching multiple cribs, I liked the fact that this one was rocking and had white noise and songs built in as a feature. Since it is twice the price of most cribs, I naively thought that it would mean I’m making a right decision. I WAS SO WRONG. Literally the very first thing you need to assemble are wheels. WHEELS DO NOT HOLD. However, I assumed that once I assemble the entire crib, it will be heavy enough so wheels will stay in place. (No. As I finished assembling the crib and started moving it, one of the wheels fell off. This fact alone for me is enough to return the crib). I’m surprised no one else is saying this in their reviews. There are a few more things I would to share. There was one review saying that once you turn on the crib on to rock, music starts to play. It is true. After you turn the crib off, it always turns on with the same melody that is pretty active. First you have 3 songs, only after that you get 3 what I suppose should be white noise. THERE IS NO WHITE NOISE! It is (1) music with bird singing, (2) bird singing, (3) white noise with bird singing. Another thing I didn’t like is that a mattress is very thin and bottom surface is hard. You need to buy another mattress. I am definitely returning it. Very disappointed .

Rocking option great, mattress is very thin so bassinet is very very firm
My baby loved this bassinet until he outgrew it. The rocking option would immediately put him back to sleep if he woke up in his sleep most nights. However, it is very very firm and I do feel like it contributed to my baby’s brachycephaly.

Great product overall if sound is not important to you
Good product overall: solidly built frame, smooth and silent rocking motion, easily locking wheels, and a nice mattress with a fitted sheet cover included. Only downside is the music and sound effect feature, which does not allow you to pick any single sound/song on repeat. Instead it only plays through the entire sequence of eight songs/sounds in order, switching every 3min. So if you only want white noise for 45 min straight, too bad. It will always switch to twinkle twinkle little star in 3 min. Otherwise, if the sound feature is not important to you, great product worth the price

Mom of 3 buying for baby 4 this is my pick
This was the most important item for me to buy for baby. I’ve researched hours on all the rocking bassinets because I had very specific wants. We know what works, this is our 4th baby. This was my top choice after being a loyal user of the rock n play for the first 3, but that’s baby contraband now and they only lasted 1.5 infancy's each so we had to move on. So far so good. As soon as it arrived I set it up to make sure it worked and it worked great. It’s sturdy and incredibly easy to assemble (no screw driver or tool necessary). It also packs away and unassembled perfectly, right back into the bag & box for storage which was great. My gripes with this is that the music turns on every time you power on! Why in the world would I want music to auto turn on with the rocking motion?! I’m going to just cut the wire to the sound box. I’m never going to use the music. This is a glaring design flaw to me. That and the auto off after 45 minutes of rocking (which now every single rocking baby item has) which is plain old irritating. How about let me decide when I want the rocking on and when I want it off. The mattress is incredibly thin so we will be using a different thicker “not recommended/ not safe” *eyeroll* instead. We haven’t begun using this yet will update if necessary on that front.
