Leather Repair, Refinish, Restore Kit/Leather Max Touch-up for Leather & Vinyl Refinishing (Grey)

This product is fabulous!!!! Initially, I was uncertain that this would meet my need in restoring a leather jacket and my shoes. Well, upon receiving this product, my uncertainty was totally alleviated!!! The ability to mix the color to match the color of the item you are restoring worked like a charm for me. I purchased the gray and I was able to match perfectly several different colors of gray for my leather jacket, heels, and tennis shoes as well. Since restoring my jacket and tennis shoes, I have worn them several times and they look like new. This product is amazing!!!!!

I LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!!! I have two dogs... they have scratched the leather (See photo/s). I used this product once and got the most amazing results! I used the brown with just a little black and got the perfect color. I applied it with an artist's paint brush and then used a soft cloth to buff after it dried. I used coconut oil and buffed again for the conditioner... AMAZING!!

Good product at a good price. I used it on a Mercedes light grey interior. I wasn't sure I had enough when I first got the package. I mixed it all up and the longest process was getting it dark enough to match my midtone grey seats... I know from experience its easier to go darker than lighter so I ordered the light grey. I ended up having to use some black craft acrylic paint to get it dark enough but eventually got there! Also used some brown paint to warm up the grey- since my seats were a warmer grey from years of dirt. I used silicone to fill in the cracks on my seats and painted over it with this. It took a couple coats but with the sponge, I was able to refinish the two front seats. Using a clear topcoat really helped, too. It feels really durable and I havn't had issues with it rubbing off.I DID patch a part of the seat with an old piece of pleather. At first the paint didn't want to stick to the pleather very well, but with the clear top coat has managed to hold up after some months of use- not rub off. Its not an amazing repair, but the paint really covered the pleather and helped it blend in.

The actual product seems like it would work for those who can find a perfect match. The problem lies in blending. If I had not been an artist who has worked with color mixing, I wouldn’t have much of a leg to stand on, but I am pretty good with mixing colors and these “blend it” leather dyes/paints are just not hitting the mark. The dark brown is more of a dark charcoal with the ever so slightest hint of brown (really, almost undetectable). I purchased the Capezio tan (came lighter than the photos) and the dark brown in hopes of mixing the two to create a medium brown. The dark brown has so much black in it and zero red that it produced a pukey greenish gray color. Even a teeny tiny amount of tan mixed with the dark brown created a grey tone, and not a pretty one at that.

Works as stated. I only had small scratches on couch. I followed directions and this worked as advertised. I was looking for a cheap way to make my nice leather couches look great after my daughter's cat left some scratches. This product worked great for the small scratches. I would recommend using an ultra fine piece of sandpaper if you have deep scratches. Sand nubs off the leather and use this product and you will be very happy.

This product is horrendous!! Do not buy into the hype that it will repair the leather. The texture of the dye is very inconsistent and it will not cover any damages or even minor defects. It is way overpriced for the miniature bottles you get. You will be better off getting a can of plastic dip from your local hardware store. I'm not suggesting to spray paint your leather with plastic dip or any kind of paint for that matter, but this is just a comparison of how bad this product really is. The results are terrible. I had high hopes for this product but it is just very dissapointing. I cannot believe it has positive reviews. The negative reviews from people that described it as spray paint is more accurate to the results. This was a huge mistake and I cannot recommed it to anyone.

This is not a repair, replenisher or leather fixer! It is acrylic paint. If you have a repair, this will not do anything for you! Product is misleading.
