This product helped to keep the burning and tingling at bay in jist 3 days. Im not sure to this day if it held back a full on outbreak or not, but for the first time I was able to only have 3 days of tingling itching and nothing else happened. This product is very expensive but I think its helpful not only for symptoms but to keep outbreaks from happening. Really helpful for people like me who have daily meds that interact with the antivirals. Product smells strong like herbs and is runny so be careful not to waste it all at once. I used it 3 to 4x a day for 3 days and the burning finally stopped.

Had my very first outbreak on 12/10/25 and only toke Valacyclovir it went away within a week and half didn’t had itching or burning just pain from the wound healing . I decided to buy everything just for future outbreaks zinc, femiclear, etc. it is now 1/5/26 I felt tingling and a little itch here and there so I decided to try to femiclear and it is very watery but I rubbed it in over my whole Private and down my butt crack and I instantly felt relief within 5 minutes. The product do stank but it works but this is literally only good for early signs of an out break not when the bumps or open wound is already there. I would recommend! I wish it was cheaper but it’s worth it

It works! This was my first outbreak ever and it was horrible! I'm approaching week 6 and it's almost gone. You should still take the prescription Valtrex but Femiclear made this horrible outbreak bearable. It took care of the pain and the itching. I will never be without Femiclear in my medicine cabinet.

I really don't know how I feel about this. Like it might works, but I really don't know. I've used it twice and will never use it again. 1 it stinks really bad. I tried to pin point what it smells like but I can't quite make it. Like rubber and made like something being made at a factory or something. 2 IT BURNSSSS like way worse then having an out break burns. It last for 5 minutes then its a cooling sensation after. Doesn't matter where you put it, its still going to burn. 3 It's more of a oil base very runny by the way. Like runny oily. I would get something more of a cream base then this, this is TERRIBLE 3 I don't recommend lbs.

It's my first time using it. I was expecting like a white cream, but I squeeze it and it's like oil coming out of the tube when I put it on, there was a stink on a burning sensation that right now I'm writing my review on it. Still having gone away. So I don't even know if I like it. Especially the smell is horrible. It smells like burning, rubber

I've been through most prescriptions and OTC meds that I can get my hands on. And Hclear is the only thing that has given me relief. It took away the discomfort and swelling within one day of use. By the second day, the pain, tingling and itchiness was reduced to a minimum and more or less felt like the cream is working. Considering the trade off, the smell is not a deal breaker and doesn't seem as bad as most reviews make it out to be. It does have a runny consistency so be careful on applying it or you can easily waist the whole tube accidentally. It stings and burns for approximately 5 minutes but not as intolerable as you think. I am very pleased
