Moves a lot of water. I was concerned that this pump wouldn't have enough vertical lift. It raises the water about 4 feet. I'm happy with the purchase. I added a battery backup and it lasts well into the night, and starts pumping again when light hits the panel in the morning

My previous review disappeared or was removed. So I am writing it again. This fountain pump not work like it should. Totally direct sunlight with or without the battery. It does not work! Will come on everyday for a week then won’t come on for days until I unplug the solar and plug it back in. Waste of money I will have to buy something else again! The worst part is it stopped working 2 days after the return window closed. So I’m just out the $$ now!

Very good product but did not include right plastic tube connections for pump to fountain ,, once I did that it worked right away , hope it lasts for awhile

Set up was easy and the pump's work well. impressed with the quality of panel, length of hose and cord. Does not store energy Only works well with full sun, less power when cloudy.

Giving two stars because it works well when it is running, but take full direct sun to work at all. The product says it works in overcast conditions - it definitely does not at all.

Would like to have some kind of solar power storage but works great under full sun
