I bought these for someone that has Parkinsons and has difficulty gripping things. The soft body makes it easier for them to use them. They feel more confident that they won't drop them. And the weights are less likely to injure someone, damage something, or roll away if they are dropped.The straps help but are too tight for anyone with big hands and they are a bit fussy to adjust.

They offer two sets - I chose the one with 2#, 3#, and 4# weights. Other companies don't seem to offer that combo of this type of hand weights. My hands have issues - tremor, tendonitis, and the beginning of arthritis. These weights are a big help. They were much admired at my most recent exercise class :)

This product is amazing. I sprain my right wrist months ago. Now I am using the technique's that I learned in Physical Therapy to keep gaining strength back.
