Crayola Original Silly Putty Packaging May Vary (Pack of 3)

Got this for a special little boy who loves to explore everything he loves it so much Fun!!!It’s a must have for any child!

Silly putty came as expected.

I have used this as putty to hold items in place for many, many years for my home decor trinkets sitting on shelves, to hold candles in place in the holders, and under the corner of my picture frames hanging on the wall to keep them in place and level. It does not damage the wall or surfaces at all. No staining; it removes as easily as it was to put on. Holds well until you move it. I love using it better than museum paste; it's not sticky and is reusable.

It is what it is. If it’s what you want this is the real deal. Only remove a star as the cost is crazy for being so high.

For starters, I did receive the pack of 3 as advertised. That's where the positives stop. Bought these for my grandson to experience some of the toys I had growing up. What a disappointment. Each egg had about a teaspoon of putty in it and they were all hard as a rock. I kneaded and kneaded on of them and it did get a little softer, but no way it's going to be able to be stretched and playing with. I flattened it out to transfer a color comic from the newspaper (remember that with the original stuff??). That was a no go too. At best I got a black and white outline of half of it. So disappointed that it was a waste of money, but more disappointed that my grandson can't experience the fun us "older folks" had with such a cool toy. Don't waste your money.

Was disappointed, does not do/work like the silly putty I had as a child.

I don't remember silly putty being this hard, but maybe it was. It did soften up a bit.
