THIS is the best jerky we've had in a long time, and we are really hoping they will keep it as an old fashioned simple process forever. I love that it is thin and crispy. We used to make homemade jerky often when our kids were still at home, but now it just seems like too much trouble for just two people. All the best jerky places keep getting bought up, and then they change their recipe from simple old fashioned jerky to highly processed crud. If you've never had the old fashioned thin and crispy jerky before, I recommend that you try this. Take small bites and savor it. It's not like the modern jerky that they cover in unhealthy tenderizer. This is real meat preserved with salt.

These are awesome! Been a People's Choice fan for a while now and have my favorites that I keep buying, but THIS one has jumped to the top! Super thin and great crunch. The perfect snack!

I’m always searching for a good meat snack, but usually end up dissatisfied. Beef jerky is okay but it’s too chewy and sometimes you just end up gnawing on a piece for a while and have to spit it out. Next I paid ridiculous prices for the Biltong air-dried style jerky and it was literally nothing but gristle. I had to spit the entire bag out as it was inedible. Meat sticks are okay but they get kind of boring after a while because you’re looking for some kind of texture. These are completely different, light and airy with the meat flavor and a satisfying crunch. Ordering my second batch tonight.

For the price, it’s not worth ordering again. It is good and tasty, but the value supersedes the taste. Just me. I’m on a budget and looking for affordable healthy options.

Good jerky. It is crispy, but takes a little bit to bite off. Good protein for the price.

Dull. Horrible texture. It's not actually 'crisp', but instead it's formed similar to how potato lays are: Ground up, then flattened, then dehydrated. If I had to find a similar texture, it would be dry seaweed. Maybe something akin to the texture of the worst frozen pizza, except slightly burnt. As for flavor, probably my fault for assuming it'd taste good when I didn't get any seasonings. This might be acceptable snacking food for someone on keto, or is bulking. A person who already has a horribly tasting diet. Would not recommend.

Strongly hard

I love crispy beef jerky but it’s so hard to find. This company delivers. Just plain crispy lightly salted beef jerky. I love it. It’s pricey, but worth it. I have actually ordered a dozen bags. Amazing snack. Thank you for this product.
