Absolutely and crazy great converter-fill fountain pen! I’m amazed by how smooth these pens write. They don’t scratch. They don’t blot out. They don’t leak. And, they’re very well priced!

For the price of $4.00 per pen, it like a gift for the holiday's. Each pen is the same save for the color. They are a knockoff of the Parker 51 remake. There are differences from the original: the cap needs 3+ turns to screw it on and off where the original just snapped on. The ink reservoir is different and the quality is not up to the original.BUT, the hooded nib is just like the original and much better than the remake. It writes remarkably well having an extra fine nib, which I prefer. I have left several of the pens idle for 3 days, and they write immediately with excellent ink flow. The weight and size is comfortable as the original 51 is. Worth trying, you should be surprised with this trio os pens at $4.00 each.

Jinhao makes reliable, handsome, smooth-writing, inexpensive pens. Unlike some more expensive brands, Jinhao provides both cartridges and a converter. I'm upset that my set of pens are an obvious--and completely unnecessary--knock-off of basic Parker fountain pen. So I'm not sure if the converter is a proprietary-like Parker knock-off, too, or a standard one.Colors are lovely. Comfortable size, even for large hands.

This is my first venture into a hooded nib pen, and boy was I surprised. With a price point at 3 pens for $11.99 I was not expecting too much, but WOW I just found my new daily carry pens, one at a time...I loaded them with Diamine Blue/Black ink and all three write very smooth with a nice line of ink, no skips and very comfortable. They are very light, so I tried posting and that is the trick. Very balanced, very comfortable, and suitable for fast note taking. The nibs are .38mm which is extra fine, but they write more like a .5mm roller ball only with half the effort. Now the biggest decision is which color to take on which days, but rest assured one will occupy my shirt pocket daily.

These are close emulations of the current Parker 51 at a tiny portion of the Parker’s cost. The build quality is good, and they write well with a fine line.

These pens are AMAZING! They write smoother than sin. I’ve written with a lot of fountain pens. Expensive to cheap and this pens blows a lot of them out of the water. A must buy!
